Dennis Beach, with the gate opening at 9:30 AM.  The on-site Blessing will occur at
Noon, so bikes must plan on being there, registered and parked by 11:45 AM.  The
minimum suggested participation donation is $5.00, with proceeds going to the Blue
Knights to be used for charitable purposes; such as our Cape Cod Community College
Scholarship, Cape Cod Times Needy Fund and Blue Knights COPSRUN (assisting surviving
family members of law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty).
Refreshments will be available for purchase at the snack bar and numerous vendors

every State in New England to be a part of the Blessing, with an estimated 2,000-2,250
people in attendance.

Directions to the Blessing:  Take Route 6 East to Exit 9A and bear right onto Route

ABOUT MOMMIES MOBIL MEALS.... This group of women (last count was 72 members, from their website) donate their time to assist a family with ready made, home cooked meals. A “mommy” takes an evening and drops off a dish to the nominated family. Reasons for nominations have varied from illness or ailment, a birth or death in the family, as a thank you, a pick-me-up, or simply just a night off from cooking. Note - The group also delivers baked goods to the new Senior Center, monthly, for BINGO. The “Need to Feed” doesn’t end with meals alone. Money raised (from within the group itself) is used to purchase gift cards to local shops and supermarkets for families that have succumbed to home disaster. Additionally, gas cards and parking passes to area hospitals have been given to families visiting loved ones in the hospital.

The Ride is a Fund Raiser for Matt Brown, the Norwood High School Hockey Player injured in January.

Currently at The Shepard Center in Atlanta, Matt is working hard, and making progress.  But, the road will be long, and the costs high.

The Boston Bruins, Beanpot Tournament, Patriots-Kraft Family, and many others have already contributed.  We hope you can take the opportunity to participate in this fun ride.  All proceeds go to help Matt and his family !

Leaving from the VFW on Dean St in Norwood, registration starts at 10:30am.  Noontime departure is expected.  Following the Ride, we\'ll feed you, and provide an afternoon of Entertainment, Raffles, Silent Auction, and Mystery Guests at Fusion5 in Foxboro!!

Riders are $20 and passengers are $15.  While not required, those that complete Pre-Registration, or order T-Shirts thru the web site by 5/16 will receive and added bonus !

This is a rain, or shine event.  Unable to ride, or in case of inclement weather, the Fusion5 Destination Party will be starting at 3pm.  Ride T-Shirts for those unable to attend, are also available thru the Web Site.
