I don't know how much lighter you can get one of those. That's a big ole bike. Maybe remove the driving lights and fender trim rails, lower windscreen and stereo.That'll probably lighten it by 20lbs up high.You can switch the exhaust to a drag pipe set up, but then it will be annoyingly loud. You can remove the top trunk, and saddle bags, but then it won't be much of a touring bike. If you don't need a touring bike, maybe you could trade it for a SuperGlide or a Victory or something that's lower and lighter to start with. Or a Road King custom, those are pretty low. The problem with low bikes though, is they drag stuff on corners and going over things like speed bumps and high driveway cuts.
