put the trailer on the truck and came down from NH this morning to pick up my FLHT from Stewy's where it was residing for the winter. I put about a half a mile on it when I got it home and off the trailer. Ok it's not much but it is my first ride of the season.Time to register my Kawasaki and get it out around the block for an inaugural ride. I'm going to try to adjust the valves on it Sunday, and install some of the parts I have acquired over the winter, including a powder coated and polished valve cover. Pulling the stinkin EGR system off of it too while I have the top end opened up.I have my new tires, bearings, seals, valve stems and a set of ZX-7R wheels to install too. I had Goodhues in Derry NH powder coat them gloss black and boy did they come out sweeeet. I just need a ZX7 caliper hanger and the spacer kit one of the ZRXOA guys makes to graft the 6 inch wheel onto the bike where a 5.5 inch rim usually is to finish the project.Spring is here ladies and gents!MotorcycleNight in Lowell starts May 20th!There have been a lot of bikes up at HoneyDew in Wakefield the last few days, at all hours of the day too!
