Anyone know 1) anywhere that is bike friendly to park in the area (the garages are uptight in this part of town, no motorcycle spots) or 2) whether this rumor I hear is true about covering your bike... Are Boston meter attendants prohibited from lifting a bike cover, and therefore unable to ticket covered bikes?? Help?
