It really depends on the shop. Some shops that I have talked to take the position that you wouldn't go into a restaurant with a few pieces of bacon and some eggs and ask them to cook for you. Their contention is that they can order the wheels for you and make a small profit on the entire sale and installation. They can't even buy the parts as low as they are available online.Other shops will install for you but caution that because they weren't involved in helping you select the wheels that there might be a problem with the wheels fitting your particular bike/setup. They have years of experience with which suppliers to avoid and which ones make/sell a quality product.Just my two cents....
